Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings. All sessions (coached lessons, group sessions, ball machine sessions) are booked online and confirmed by email. Junior lessons must be booked by a parent/guardian.

Payment. Sessions are paid at booking or by lesson pack credit, or as otherwise confirmed by us.

Cancellation by you. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or credit. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session fee or one pack credit, except in cases of illness or emergency at our discretion.

Cancellation by us / wet weather. If we cancel a session (including for wet weather or coach illness), you'll be notified as early as possible and your payment or credit fully returned or rescheduled — your choice.

Lesson packs and vouchers. Packs are valid for the period described at purchase and are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from issue and are not redeemable for cash.

Consumer guarantees. Nothing in this policy excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
