Parent/Guardian Consent — Junior Players

By accepting this consent for a junior player, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and you consent to:

Coaching & account. Golden Bagel coaching your child and holding a junior profile under your family account, containing the information described in the Privacy Policy.

Practice Hub. Coach-approved lesson summaries, practice plans and progress notes about your child being published to your family's Practice Hub, visible only to your family and the coaching team.

Medical. You will tell us about relevant medical conditions or allergies, and you consent to staff seeking emergency medical treatment if you cannot be contacted.

Communications. Operational messages about your child's sessions (bookings, changes, practice plans) will be sent to you as the account holder.

Photo/video use and AI-assisted lesson notes are separate, optional consents — you can accept or decline each one individually on the My Family page, and withdraw them at any time.
