Ball Machine Use Agreement

Induction. Players must be shown how to operate the ball machine before their first solo session.

Use. Machines must be used as instructed. Ball machine sessions are self-directed practice, not private lessons; a staff member may be on site but is not supervising your session.

Age. Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the whole session.

Care of equipment. Please take a photo of the machine at the start and end of your session when asked in the portal. You are responsible for damage caused by use contrary to instructions.

Risk. Ball machines project balls at speed. Stay behind the machine's firing line when it is on, and turn it off before collecting balls. To the extent permitted by law, use is at your own risk; nothing in this agreement excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
