Marketing Appearance Release

This is an optional consent. Declining it never affects your coaching — players who haven't opted in are simply left out of marketing material.

What you're opting in to. You (and, where you are their parent/guardian, your children) may appear in Golden Bagel marketing materials: photos, video, first name and general playing level, and short quotes or testimonials — across any of our marketing channels, including our website, social media, printed material and advertising.

How we use images. We choose images thoughtfully. Junior players are identified by first name only, and we never publish contact details, school or precise location.

No compensation. Appearances are voluntary and unpaid — you agree that no payment, royalty or other compensation is owed for the use of these materials, and to the extent permitted by law you release Golden Bagel from liability arising from their ordinary and reasonable marketing use.

Withdrawal. You can withdraw at any time by contacting us. We'll stop using the material in new marketing and remove it from our own channels where practicable (material already printed or shared may persist).
