This is an optional consent. Declining it never affects your coaching or your operational messages (booking confirmations, changes, practice plans), which are always sent.

What you're opting in to. Receiving marketing from Golden Bagel about programs, clinics, offers, events and tips — by email, SMS and other messaging services, and occasionally by phone. It also covers the use of analytics and marketing cookies when you use our website and portal, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Frequency and content. We keep it useful and infrequent — think programs relevant to your family's level, holiday clinic openings and practical tips, not daily promotions.

Withdrawal. You can opt out at any time — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, SMS includes an opt-out instruction, or simply contact us. Withdrawal takes effect promptly and does not affect any other part of your account.
