Photo & Video Consent (coaching)

This consent covers photos and video used for coaching only. Use of images in marketing is a separate, optional consent (the Marketing Appearance Release) — this document does not permit any marketing use.

Coaching feedback. Occasional photos or short videos of the player taken during sessions, used inside the Practice Hub for technique feedback — visible only to your family and the coaching team.

Storage. Coaching photos and video are stored privately, are never published outside your family's Practice Hub, and are deleted when no longer useful for coaching.

If you have concerns about coaching photography for a particular player, talk to us — we will accommodate where we reasonably can.
