Terms & Conditions (including liability)

Services. Golden Bagel provides tennis coaching (private and group) and self-directed ball machine sessions at the venues shown at booking.

Fitness and safety. You confirm you (and any player you book for) are physically fit to participate. Tell your coach about any injuries or medical conditions before the session. We may end a session without refund for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Liability. Tennis is a physical activity and carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. To the extent permitted by law, you participate at your own risk, and Golden Bagel is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for bookings made under it. Junior players' accounts are controlled by a parent or guardian.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified to the email on your account.
